Comfortable, well equipped with 1 bedroom, this apartment will meet the demands of one person in a business trip or for a couple during several months.
The living space is composed of a well-equipped kitchen with a central table, with a lounge corner. The bedroom is nicely decorated and with a shower room. The toilet is independent and in the entrance. A shared laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble-dryer is also available, only on demand (with extra fees).
The apartment's Wi-Fi connection is sufficient to check your emails or
surf the internet, but it is not efficient enough for teleworking
(videoconferencing, streaming, etc.).
The apartment is situated on the 1st floor (access with lift and stairs)
The Saint-Remy Street is a lovely pedestrian street in the center of the city with beautiful frontages and good shops: Audace, Mon Sac à Moi, Cellier Saint-Paul, Lulu Store, Bloops et as restaurants: El Mosquito et Il Quadrifoglio.
Near to the apartment, you will find everything you need: restaurants, bars, stores, banks, movie theaters and a fitness gym. Liege is a small city; you only need to walk to access every facility. This is one of the reasons why I love my city!
How to access the accommodation:
- By train? Liege Jonfosse, Palais and Guillemins are the three city’s main train stations. The principal one is Liege Guillemins (20 minutes’ walk).
- By bus? A good public transport network will stop you at all the city’s hot spots and its surroundings.
- By car? A local resident card is required to park in Saint-Remy Street. However, it is possible to park in the neighboring streets or parking lots (Saint-Paul, Cathedrale, Charles Magnette)
A member of the agency will wait for you at the apartment. He will give you the keys and do the inventory fixture. He will be pleased to share with you all the secrets of the city!

Depending on the length of your stay, the amount of the security deposit varies and is calculated as follows:
For a stay of less than 1 week, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 25% of the rent.
For a stay of 10 days or more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 40% of the rent.
For a stay of 1 month or more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 70% of the rent.
For a stay of 6 months and more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 1 month of the rent.
For a stay of 1 year and more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 2 months of rent.
For bookings of more than 6 months, an additional fee of 60€ is charged.
