This cozy traditional family house has 3 originally and neatly decorated bedrooms!
The house has 3 floors and 3 double bedrooms (1 of 24m² and 2 of 35 m²), each with its own bathroom. With a capacity of 6 persons, you won’t lack space! The bedrooms are in the 2nd and 3rd floor while the 1st floor is made of a living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.
The furniture comes from the entire globe and every ornament has its own history…Feel free to ask the tenant of the house about it.
The accommodation is located in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor of a house, without elevator.
The house is located at the corner oof the Regence Street, shopping area, and the Donceel Street, following the Saint Denis Church and his cloister. Staying there, you will quickly note that the city is small and that all its facilities can be reach by walk.
5 minutes away, you will encounter all the city’s hot spots: Saint Lamber Place and its shopping area, the center of the city and its boutiques, bars and restaurants, the historical center of the city giving access to the hills of the Citadel, the Outremeuse quarter on the other side of the Meuse…. You will surely enjoy an ideal and downtown perfect location. No boredom guaranteed!
It will only take you a few days to act as a pure “Liégeois”: stair at the Theater and Royal Opera, go to the movies and shop in the two main supermarkets present (Carrefour market and Delhaize). Let’s not forget all the little shops and the fitness gym available.
- Do you enjoy walking? The city is little enough for you to enjoy everything it offers by walking!
- By car? You won’t find a lot of space in the neighboring streets but here is one tip: park in the Saint-denis parking lot… It is only 5 minutes away
- By bus? Easy as pie… The Saint Lambert Place (moving place of the public transport network) is 5 minutes’ walk away
- By train? Liege Palais is the nearest train station (10 minutes’ walk)

An amount of charges is included in the rent. The meter are read at the check-in and check-out. The excess of charges will be due.
Please indicate on your booking demand the number of rooms you wish to occupy. Note that the rental price for 1-2 people is the equivalent to occupying ONE room; 3-4 the equivalent to occupying TWO rooms, 5-6 people the equivalent to occupying THREE rooms, no matter the number of people in the booking.
A consumption of 4€/ night for gas and 1.67€/ night is included in the mentioned rent.
If your consumption exceeds the above-mentioned flat rate, an adjustment will be applied.
The meter will be checked on arrival and departure according to the current energy market prices.
These will be adjusted during the stay according to the evolution of the tariffs applied by the energy suppliers.
Energy costs are currently very high in Belgium.

Depending on the length of your stay, the amount of the security deposit varies and is calculated as follows:
For a stay of less than 1 week, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 25% of the rent.
For a stay of 10 days or more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 40% of the rent.
For a stay of 1 month or more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 70% of the rent.
For a stay of 6 months and more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 1 month of the rent.
For a stay of 1 year and more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 2 months of rent.
For bookings of more than 6 months, an additional fee of 60€ is charged.
