The apartment

Very spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. The living room is composed of a lounge corner and kitchen corner (fully equipped). The bathroom has a shower and a bath, and has an independent WC. And for the most comfort, there is a laundry space with a washing machine and dryer.



It is situated at the 2nd floor of a 4-floor building. With elevator.


The area

The apartment is close to the Guillemins train station which was inaugurated in 2009 by the architect Calatrava. Since then, the quarter is expanding itself with various projects. The last one was the creation of a pedestrian bridge linking the station to the Parc de la Boverie (perfect place for your picnics or walks).

You will feel at home and will have everything at hand thanks to all the facilities in the Guillemins Street: caterer (Traiteur Maxime), butchery (Boucherie Ardennaise) a bakery (try Eggen-Nols), a paper shop, a drugstore, little shops, supermarkets (Aldi and Carrefour), and restaurants.  And if you want to go downtown, it will only take a 10-15 minutes’ walk (through the Avroy Garden) to do so; also a dozens of stop buses are located around the quarter.



  • By car? There is a parking space in the basement of the building.
  • By bus? A good public transport network will stop you at all the city’s hot spots and its surroundings.
  • By train? The Guillemins train station is five minutes away!
