Far away from the city center of Liège, this apartment is perfect for long and short stays because you’ll feel at home in a verdant area.

 

The apartment

It has 3 bedrooms (each with double bed), a fully-equipped kitchen open to the living room and the lounge. The apartment is very luminous with a view on the green countryside. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a bathtub. On sunny days, you will enjoy your private terrace, but also the shared garden and the shared swimming pool.

 

Access 

The apartment is located at the second floor with lift.

 

The quarter

Very close to the Belgian Ardennes, the village of Dolembreux will offer you great landscapes of a beautiful and ecological preserve land near the Ourthe, Ambleve and Vesdre valleys.

You will enjoy riding your bicycle or you will walk in various promenades.

For your first hand needs, there are some shopes in the nearest villages (pharmacy, bakery, supermarkets,…)

The house is near some touristic sites such as Esneux, Tilff, Aywaille and Spa.

Here is a list of the various activities to do:

  • Sports and leisure: Golf, Kayak, Plopsa Coo, Spa thermal baths, Aywaille Park and Remouchamps Cave
  • Gastronomy: the tenant advice you to try the “L’Eau Vive sur la Route” in Theux or “La Marelle” in Sprimont.

 

Travel facilities

  • If you come by car, the house is located at 25-30 minutes of Liege and on a private street leading to the property. There is a private parking and closed with an available space.
  • By bus, there is a stop at 100m.

The car is highly recommended.
