Livourne – Apartment

This apartment is one of my favorite apartments in Brussels! It is spacious, quiet, well equipped, cozy and well located.

The apartment
The kitchen is fully equipped (with a dishwasher) and convivial thanks to its large dining table. The rooms are quite adjoining: after crossing the kitchen/dining room, find the living room, cozy and neatly decorated, then, a quiet bedroom (in the back of the building). From the bathroom, a little stairs will take a big bathroom (bath, shower, washing machine and dryer). Need a bowl fresh air? A little balcony is accessible through the dining room.

The apartment is located in the first floor of a 19th century house recognized as the architectural heritage of Brussels (eclectic style).

The neighborhood
As its name says it, the apartment is located in the Livourne Street known for its quality bars and restaurants. For Jennifer, you will enjoy La Tsampa, one of the oldest food organic shop of Brussels which offers delicious meals.
The Bailli Street (perpendicular to the Livourne Street) is useful for its boutiques, bars, snack bars, hair dressers and his fresh juice bar, le Guapa Juice.
However, the hot spot is definitely the Châtelain Place at only a two minutes’ walk. You will find various select bars, fine groceries stores, florists, boutiques… And on Wednesdays, it’s market day! From 9am to 8 pm, you will enjoy various nice products! In a friendly atmosphere, many friends gather and take a little drink in la Pioja, a nice typical Italian restaurant that I like very much.
Don’t forget to see the Page Street where you can order food in the caterer Délitraiteur (opened until 10 pm) and if you have a little more time, order a table in the Junkfood Deluxe by Quentin to enjoy a delicious burger.
The apartment is also located near the Louise Avenue, famous for its luxury boutiques and practical to get what you want: fitness gym, sushi-shop, press-shop… And at a 20 minutes’ walk, reach the Cambre Woods, appreciated for its walks and joggings.

Travel facilities

  • By car? You will access the accommodation easily through the Louise Avenue. The closest parking lot is Châtelain Place (2 minutes’ walk).
  • By bus or tramway? There is a stop two minutes away (Louise Avenue) where different public transports lines will take you to the city’s hot spots.
  • By train? The nearest train station is Brussels South but you will either have to take the bus or the tramway to reach the apartment.
  • Want to ride your bicycle like Freddy? Pick up a “villo”, bikes granted by the City of Brussels, in all the Villo stations available.


A member of the agency will wait for you at the apartment. He will give you its keys and do the inventory fixture. He will be pleased to share with you all the secrets of the city!
