The studio
The entrance gives access to a living room with a kitchen area/dining table next to a lounge area. Close to the bathroom with shower and toilet is a bedroom side with a double bed. The studio also has a nice small terrace.

The neighborhood
The street is lively, but the studio is rather quiet. You will enjoy having all the facilities at hand: shops, theater, movie theaters, fitness gym, bars and restaurants! By the way, in the street, you should taste 3 delicious restaurants: Telle Mère Telle Fille for its grill, Sushi Time where you will eat the best sushis of the city and Le Dernier Ragot, for its famous meat balls!

For a stay of 1 month or more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 70% of the rent.
For a stay of 6 months and more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 1 month of the rent.
For a stay of 1 year and more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 2 months of rent.
For bookings of more than 6 months, an additional fee of 60€ is charged.
