The “Saint-Séverin Sainte-Marguerite” neighborhood is one of the oldest in Liège, full of ancient monuments as well as architecture reflecting “Art Nouveau”. For a stay of 1 year and more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 2 months of rent.
