It has a great living room, with the sleeping area (double bed) separated, an open-plan kitchen which is leading to the balcony. The bathroom has a shower and the toilet is separated. For a bigger comfort, you will be able to use the washing machine and a dryer.

The apartment is located on the periphery of the Guillemins quater; home to the Guillemins train station, which was inaugurated in 2009 by the architect Calatrava. Since then, this quarter has been expanding with various projects such as the creation of a footbridge linking the station to the Boverie Garden (perfect place for your picnics or walks). You will feel at home and will have everything at hand thanks to all the facilities in the Guillemins Street: a launderette , a bakery (try Eggen-Nols), a paper shop, a pharmacy, little shops, supermarkets (Aldi and Carrefour), and restaurants. And if you want to go downtown, it will only take a 10-15 minutes’ walk (through the Avroy Garden) to do so; also a dozen of bus stops are located in and around the quarter.
- By car? You’ll easily find the apartment thanks to the near road links.
- By bus? A good public transport network will take you to all the city’s hot spots and its surroundings.
- By train? The Guillemins train station is five minutes away!
- Fancy riding a bike? Just cross the Meuse to reach RAVeL (autonomous network of slow ways). You will be sure to have a pleasant ride!
A member of the agency will wait for you at the apartment. They will give you the keys and do the inventory fixture. They will be pleased to share all the secrets of the city with you!
A consumption of 4€/ night for gas and 1.67€/ night is included in the mentioned rent.
If your consumption exceeds the above-mentioned flat rate, an adjustment will be applied.
The meter will be checked on arrival and departure according to the current energy market prices.
These will be adjusted during the stay according to the evolution of the tariffs applied by the energy suppliers.
Energy costs are currently very high in Belgium.

Depending on the length of your stay, the amount of the security deposit varies and is calculated as follows:
For a stay of less than 1 week, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 25% of the rent.
For a stay of 10 days or more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 40% of the rent.
For a stay of 1 month or more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 70% of the rent.
For a stay of 6 months and more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 1 month of the rent.
For a stay of 1 year and more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 2 months of rent.
Concerning the cleaning:
For rentals of more than 6 months, in addition to the cleaning at the end of the stay, an additional fee of 60€ VAT will be charged.
