It was completely renovated in late 2015 in a modern style and design. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The living room is very bright with an impressively high ceiling and an interior exposed brick wall that gives a certain charm.
There is a washing machine in the building which is available to the tenants of the flat (at an extra cost).
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 3 story town house, accessible by stairs
Staying here, you will soon realize that Liège is not such a big city because everything is a feasible walk and nothing is too far. In a 5 minutes walk you will reach the points of interest of the city: Place Saint-Lambert and the shopping gallery, the pedestrianized center and its shops, bars and restaurants, the historic center and access to the slopes, the area Outremeuse on the other bank of the Meuse, … In short, you will enjoy an ideal location, very central. You will not be bored! A few days after your arrival, you will be accustomed to the Liege way of life. Note that you are halfway between the theater and the opera, the theaters are within 10 minutes walk, there are several supermarkets within a 5 minutes walk (Carrefour market, Okay Compact and Delhaize) as well as smaller shops in the area and a gym that is also very close.
- Planning to do it mostly on foot? The town is small enough to explore by foot and all the points of interest are accessible.
- By car, there are few places in the surrounding streets, but we recommend the Saint-Denis car park located at 300m or parking Place Cockerill
- By bus, it’s simple: Place Saint-Lambert (hub of public transport network) is a 5 minutes’ walk.
- By train, the nearest railway station (10 minutes walk) is the Palais de Liège.

Depending on the length of your stay, the amount of the security deposit varies and is calculated as follows:
For a stay of less than 1 week, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 25% of the rent.
For a stay of 10 days or more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 40% of the rent.
For a stay of 1 month or more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 70% of the rent.
For a stay of 6 months and more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 1 month of the rent.
For a stay of 1 year and more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 2 months of rent.
Concerning the cleaning:
For rentals of more than 6 months, in addition to the cleaning at the end of the stay, an additional fee of 60€ VAT will be charged.
