The apartment
The building in which you will find the apartment was entirely renovated in 2019. The apartment is relatively calm, decorated with passion and comfortably furnished. It consists of a spacious living room with a lounge area and a big well-furnished open-plan kitchen. In the apartment you will have broadband Internet, more than 80 Belgian and international TV channels as well as a Netflix access. From the apartment you have a view on the Parc Sainte Agathe.
Up to 4 people can stay in this luminous apartment due to the two really comfortable bedrooms (2 Queen size beds). In the hallway you will find the bathroom and a separated toilet.
For your best comfort, there will be a shared laundry room available on the ground floor if you want to. The laundry room consists of a washing machine and a dryer.
Access
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building without an elevator.
The neighborhood
The apartment is located in the district Sainte-Marguerite, only a few steps away from the city center, and close to major highways (E25, E40, E42). Historically, this neighborhood was the main entrance of the city and many old city walls are still visible. The apartment building is located at the intersection of rue Publémont (more bourgeois), and the street Sainte-Marguerite, which is a pretty popular and multicultural street full of small shops, snacks, bars and restaurants.
The city center with the Place Saint-Lambert and its shopping gallery, Ilôt Saint-Michel (shops, gym, supermarket Delhaize) as well as the charming Place du Marché which is known for its many terraces and restaurants, is only 10 minutes by foot.
You will find all our recommendations and favorites in your apartment! The cinemas (we recommend the Sauvenière!) And the Royal Opera are also only a 10-minute walk away. Feel free to go for a drink at the 5-star hotel ‘Comtes De Mean’, from where you will have a great view of the city (a 5-minute walk away).
Transport
In case you:
- Need to take a bus? The bus stop “Hocheporte” is 5 minutes away by foot and it takes two stops to arrive at the Place Saint-Lambert (the turnstile of the public transport system)
- Need a train? The train station Liège-Saint-Lambert is 10 minutes away by foot and 2 stops (5 minutes) away from the main train station Liège-Guillemins.
- Have a car? The apartment is only 4 minutes away from the highway E25 (Pays-Bas, Luxembourg, France), 10 minutes from the highway E40 (Bruxelles) et E42 (Namur, Allemagne) et 5 minutes away from the big hospitals : CHR (Citadelle), CHC (Mont Legia). You can easily find parking spots for free in the street.

Depending on the length of your stay, the amount of the security deposit varies and is calculated as follows:
For a stay of less than 1 week, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 25% of the rent.
For a stay of 10 days or more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 40% of the rent.
For a stay of 1 month or more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 70% of the rent.
For a stay of 6 months and more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 1 month of the rent.
For a stay of 1 year and more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 2 months of rent.
For bookings of more than 6 months, an additional fee of 60€ is charged.
