Hotel des Boulevards – Studio

Hello!

Hotel des Boulevards is one of my favorite Ze Agency’s accommodations. It is not only comfortable, neatly decorated and well equipped but also perfectly located in the city!

The studio
Located in one of the main boulevards of the city, close to the city center and paved with little stores, restaurants and bars, the studio is rather quiet thanks to its triple glazing!
The living area is made of a double bed, a high table with chairs and a fully equipped kitchen side with a washing machine! You will also find a bathroom and a separated toilet. Either for short and long term stays, I highly recommend this apartment!

Entrance
The studio is located in the 5th floor and is accessible by elevator.

The neighborhood
The Sauveniere Boulevard is an important artery linking Liege’s main quarters to the city center. It is well known for its various employment and travel agencies but also for its restaurants, bars and snack bars. Of course you can hear the traffic and usual city noises from the studio.
Facing the building, the Saint Gilles Street is full of little stores, bakeries, book stores, one of the best ice-cream makers (the well-known Franchi) and various snack bars. Near, the Pont d’Avroy Street will lead you to one of the walking center of Liege with various boutiques, restaurants and supermarkets. Anima sana in corpore sano? A fitness gym is available 5 minutes away.

Travel facilities

• Do you enjoy walking? The city is little enough for you to walk and have access to everything it offers.
• By bus? Various bus stops are located near the accommodation to take you to all the city’s hot spots.
• By train? We have 3 main train stations (Guillemins, Jonfosse, Palais). The nearest is Liege Jonfosse. Note that most of the buses crossing the boulevard stop at the Guillemins train station
• By car? You won’t find much parking space along the boulevard. We advise you to park in the nearest parking lots: Anneau d’Or, Neujean, Chatedral and Sauveniere

Welcoming
A member of the agency will wait for you at the apartment. He will give you its keys and do the inventory fixture. He will be pleased to share with you all the secrets of the city!

Important information:

Depending on the length of your stay, the amount of the security deposit varies and is calculated as follows:

For a stay of less than 1 week, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 25% of the rent.
For a stay of 10 days or more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 40% of the rent.
For a stay of 1 month or more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 70% of the rent.
For a stay of 6 months and more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 1 month of the rent.
For a stay of 1 year and more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 2 months of rent.

Concerning the cleaning:

For rentals of more than 6 months, in addition to the cleaning at the end of the stay, an additional fee of 60€ VAT will be charged.
