With its total comfort, its really nice decoration and its situation in the city-center, the Clarisses 7 is ideal for a short or a long stay in Liège!
Relatively quiet and very well equipped (renovated in November 2014), it is made of a bright and spacious living area with a desk, a lounge corner and a kitchen corner, separated by a wide dining table. There are 2 double bedrooms with a private bathroom each. And we cannot forget to mention the nice terrace, accessible through a bedroom, ideal to enjoy sunny days!
The apartment's Wi-Fi connection is sufficient to check your emails or
surf the internet, but it is not efficient enough for teleworking
(videoconferencing, streaming, etc.).

The previous guests appreciated its comfort and its situation in the city center. The Rue des Clarisses is famous for its good restaurants and four of them are my favorite: Chez Gusto, Telle Mère Telle Fille, Sushi Time et le Dernier Ragot.
In Liège, everything is near everything and you will enjoy walking around. You will find the greatest bars and shops of the city. No boredom guaranteed! A little walk of 5 minutes will take you to the Theater, the Opera and its surrounding movie theaters. A fitness gym is also available in the quarter.
How to access the accommodation:
• Do you enjoy walking? The city is little enough for you to walk and have access to everything it offers.
• By train? Liege Jonfosse, Palais and Guillemins are the three city’s main train stations. The principal one being Liege Guillemins (20 minutes by walk away).
• By bus? A good public transport network will stop you at all the city’s hot spots and its surroundings.
• By car? Parking space available in the streets, the neighboring streets or parking lots (Saint-Paul, Cathedrale, Charles Magnette)
A member of the agency will wait for you at the apartment. He will give you its keys and do the inventory fixture. He will be pleased to share with you all the secrets of the city!

Depending on the length of your stay, the amount of the security deposit varies and is calculated as follows:
For a stay of less than 1 week, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 25% of the rent.
For a stay of 10 days or more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 40% of the rent.
For a stay of 1 month or more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 70% of the rent.
For a stay of 6 months and more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 1 month of the rent.
For a stay of 1 year and more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 2 months of rent.
Concerning the cleaning:
For rentals of more than 6 months, in addition to the cleaning at the end of the stay, an additional fee of 60€ VAT will be charged.
