The apartment
Relatively quiet and well equipped (renovated in 2013), it is made of a bright and spacious living area with living and kitchen sides. From the cloakroom to the toilet, everything finds its place perfectly in the apartment. The bathroom (with shower) is functional and the double bed’s bedroom is cozy. With its sofa bed in the living room, the apartment can welcome up to 4 persons. Icing on the cake? A nice terrace, accessible through the bedroom, for sunny days!
The accommodation has a good wifi connection.
Entrance
Located in the 1st floor, you can either take the stairs or the elevator to access the accommodation.
The neighborhood
Famous for its comfort, the Clarisses 6 is perfectly located in the heart of the city. The Clarisses Street is famous for its restaurants and four of them, are my favorites restaurants ever! Through a little walk, you will meet the greatest bars and shops of the city. No boredom guaranteed! If you wish to visit the city, a little walk of 5 minutes will take you to the Theater, the Opera and its surrounding movie theaters. A fitness gym is also available in the quarter.
Travel facilities
How to access the accommodation:
- Do you enjoy walking? The city is little enough for you to walk and have access to everything it offers.
- By train? Liege Jonfosse, Palais and Guillemins are the three city’s main train stations. The principal one being Liege Guillemins (20 minutes by walk away).
- By bus? A good public transport network will stop you at all the city’s hot spots and its surroundings.
- By car? Parking space available in the streets, the neighboring streets or parking lots (Saint-Paul, Cathedrale, Charles Magnette)

A member of the agency will wait for you at the apartment. He will give you its keys and do the inventory fixture. He will be pleased to share with you all the secrets of the city!

Depending on the length of your stay, the amount of the security deposit varies and is calculated as follows:
For a stay of less than 1 week, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 25% of the rent.
For a stay of 10 days or more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 40% of the rent.
For a stay of 1 month or more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 70% of the rent.
For a stay of 6 months and more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 1 month of the rent.
For a stay of 1 year and more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 2 months of rent.
Concerning the cleaning:
For rentals of more than 6 months, in addition to the cleaning at the end of the stay, an additional fee of 60€ VAT will be charged.
