Renovated in 2013, this apartment is very appreciated for its cosy and practical side. Next to the double bed and the bathroom is a living room with TV, dining table for 2 persons and fully equipped kitchen. Toilets apart.
The apartment's Wi-Fi connection is sufficient to check your emails or
surf the internet, but it is not efficient enough for teleworking
(videoconferencing, streaming, etc.).
Located in the first floor, you can take either the stairs or the elevator to access the apartment.
You will be facing a secondary school but still, the apartment is quiet. A majority of its previous inhabitants acclaimed it for its proximity with various good restaurants, bars and shops. We, as Ze team, have already tasted 5 great restaurants in the street and we highly recommend them to you! You should also know that it will only take you five minutes, walking, to visit the Liege Theater and ten to see the Opera or go to movie theaters. A fitness gym is also available in the quarter.
How to access the accommodation:
- By train? Liege Jonfosse, Palais and Guillemins are the three city’s main train stations (the principal one being Liege Guillemins)
- By bus? A good public transport network will stop you at all the city’s hot spots and its surroundings.
- By car? Parking space available in the streets, the neighboring streets or parking lots (Saint-Paul, Cathedrale, Charles Magnette)

Depending on the length of your stay, the amount of the security deposit varies and is calculated as follows:
For a stay of less than 1 week, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 25% of the rent.
For a stay of 10 days or more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 40% of the rent.
For a stay of 1 month or more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 70% of the rent.
For a stay of 6 months and more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 1 month of the rent.
For a stay of 1 year and more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 2 months of rent.
Concerning the cleaning:
For rentals of more than 6 months, in addition to the cleaning at the end of the stay, an additional fee of 60€ VAT will be charged.
