The apartment, quite calm and very well-equipped (it was renovated in November 2020), has a lot to offer! It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (the one shared with the 1st and 2nd bedroom, the other only accessible from the 3rd bedroom), a kitchen open to the living room and lounge. It has also a separated toilet.
Moreover, you can have access to the building shared laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer only on request. (with additional costs)
Located on the 2nd floor, with lift.
Not only its comfort, but also its situation is appreciable!
The Rue des Clarisses is famous for its good restaurants and four of them are my favorite: Chez Gusto, Les Folies Gourmande, Sushi Time et le Dernier Ragot.
In Liège, everything is near everything and you will enjoy walking around. You will find the greatest bars and shops of the city. No boredom guaranteed! A little walk of 5 minutes will take you to the Theater, the Opera and its surrounding movie theaters. A fitness gym is also available in the quarter.
How to access the accommodation:
- Do you enjoy walking? The city is little enough for you to walk and have access to everything it offers.
- By train? Liege Jonfosse, Palais and Guillemins are the three city’s main train stations. The principal one being Liege Guillemins (20 minutes by walk away).
- By bus? A good public transport network will stop you at all the city’s hot spots and its surroundings.
- By car? Parking space available in the streets, the neighboring streets or parking lots (Saint-Paul, Cathedrale, Charles Magnette)

Depending on the length of your stay, the amount of the security deposit varies and is calculated as follows:
For a stay of less than 1 week, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 25% of the rent.
For a stay of 10 days or more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 40% of the rent.
For a stay of 1 month or more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 70% of the rent.
For a stay of 6 months and more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 1 month of the rent.
For a stay of 1 year and more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 2 months of rent.
Concerning the cleaning:
For rentals of more than 6 months, in addition to the cleaning at the end of the stay, an additional fee of 60€ VAT will be charged.
