Renovated in 2015, this house has been decorated by an artist from Liège. It has a pleasant open living room, a terrace to enjoy the beautiful days, 2 large bedrooms and a small that can be used as a child bedroom, an office or a dressing. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room. It also has a closed garage and a space in front of the house to park a 2nd vehicle.
Easy access, the house is located close to the main roads (4 minutes from the motorway and 12 minutes from the Guillemins train station). The living rooms are on the 1st floor, the bedrooms on the second.
Located in a cul-de-sac on the hillside of Cointe, between town and nature, the street is extremely quiet.
Cointe is a chic and quiet district of Liège, which is full of beautiful houses. Walking around in Cointe is very nice! You can also enjoy the Park of Cointe, large wooded park, ideal for walks and joggings, with playground and tennis courts.
You will find some basic shops in the center of Cointe: mini supermarket, bookshop, pharmacy, snacks, pizzeria, bakery, …
One of the main attractions of the accommodation is that it is a 12-minute walk from the Gare des Guillemins with its train shops, its large exhibition hall and its cyclist’s house (bicycle rental). From the station, walk towards the Rue des Guillemins, a very busy street which has everything you need: boulangerie (we suggest Eggen-Nols), butcher (we come from far for the Boucherie Ardennaise), delicatessen (Maison Feugray, known for its oysters), bookshop, snack bars, small shops, supermarkets (Aldi and Carrefour) and restaurants (“Concordia” is an institution).
At about 12 minutes from the Guillemins train station and with a bus stop less than 400 m., the house is accessible by foot and by public transport. The closed garage for a car and the additional place in front of the house allow to accommodate 2 vehicles. By car, you will reach the motorway in 5 minutes, regardless of time and traffic.

Depending on the length of your stay, the amount of the security deposit varies and is calculated as follows:
For a stay of less than 1 week, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 25% of the rent.
For a stay of 10 days or more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 40% of the rent.
For a stay of 1 month or more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 70% of the rent.
For a stay of 6 months and more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 1 month of the rent.
For a stay of 1 year and more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 2 months of rent.
Concerning the cleaning:
For rentals of more than 6 months, in addition to the cleaning at the end of the stay, an additional fee of 60€ VAT will be charged.
