Come and enjoy this 1-bedroom apartment’s comfort and its perfect location in the middle of the pedestrian streets of Liege, filled with shops, restaurants and bars!
Very well located and equipped, it was decorated by Veronique, our decorator, in January 2018. You will love it! It is made up of a bedroom with a double bed and, adjacent to the bedroom, a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen opens onto the living room and dining room with a nice view on rue de la Casquette.
Located on the 3rd floor, by stairs (no elevator).
The neighborhood is rather lively, due to the fact that this street is pedestrian with lots of bars, restaurants and pubs. The rue de la Casquette is also noisy at night because of its multiple terraces.
One thing is for sure: you will not lack anything because you are close to everything and will certainly not be bored. The rue de la Casquette just got renovated and has some very good addresses, such as le Verre Bouteille, a nice wine bar, the Caffé Internazionale and its brunches, Le Piaf and its singing. The apartment is also surrounded by many little shops (cheese maker, butcher’s shop, market gardener, bakery, wash house, night shop, florist…)
As for the cultural aspect, the movie theater Sauvenière, the cite miroir, the reflektor and the Opéra Royal of Wallonie are only a few feet away and you will only need 5 to 10 minutes to get to the Theatre de Liège.
How to access the accommodation
You can get to the apartment via:
- Bus: the closest stops are within 200m and the Place Saint-Lambert (cornerstone of the public transportation network) is 5 minutes away by foot.
- Train: the apartment is equidistant from two train stations: Gare du Palais and Gare Jonfosse.
- Car: you can access it via the rue de la Casquette. The closest parking lots are: Neujean, Cathédrale and Sauvenière.

Depending on the length of your stay, the amount of the security deposit varies and is calculated as follows:
For a stay of less than 1 week, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 25% of the rent.
For a stay of 10 days or more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 40% of the rent.
For a stay of 1 month or more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 70% of the rent.
For a stay of 6 months and more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 1 month of the rent.
For a stay of 1 year and more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 2 months of rent.
Concerning the cleaning:
For rentals of more than 6 months, in addition to the cleaning at the end of the stay, an additional fee of 60€ VAT will be charged.
