The house was entirely renovated in 2012. The House has numerous qualities. It is spacious, bright, confortable and ideally located. Thanks to its modern and cosy decoration, you will feel like you are home. The House is divided on two levels. There are 4 very nice bedroom, 1 bathroom and a shower room. You can have a look at the pictures to discover the beautiful groundfloor.
The House presents also the advantage to have a garage with an automatic door (which is practical and safe) and a terrace which is very pleasant to spend a relaxing time or to have diner or lunch during the sunny days.
The House is very close to the city centre (10-15′ walk) but far enough so that you won’t be disturb by t the noise of the city nightlife. The House is located in a very calm and pleasant area which is called ” le Laveu “. In this neighborhood you can find a lot of shops: bakeries, pharmacies, a supermarket, a florist, etc. Everything is near everything and you will enjoy walking around.
How to access the accommodation
- Do you enjoy walking? The city is little enough for you to walk and have access to everything it offers.
- By train? Liege Jonfosse, Palais and Guillemins are the three city’s main train stations. The principal one being Liege Guillemins (10 minutes by walk away).
- By bus? A good public transport network will stop you at all the city’s hot spots and its surroundings.
- By car? The main highway junctions are one minute by car from the House (direction Luxembourg, Brussels, but also Germany and the Netherlands). The University of Liège (Ulg) is also very close to the House (10 minutes by car).
A member of the agency will wait for you at the house. He will give you the keys and do the inventory fixture. He will be pleased to share with you all the secrets of the city!
An amount of charges is included in the rent. The meter are read at the check-in and check-out. The excess of charges will be due.
Also, 1-2 persons is equal to the occupation of 1 bedroom, 3-4 persons to 2 bedrooms and 5-6 persons to 3 bedrooms

A consumption of 4€/ night for gas and 1.67€/ night is included in the mentioned rent.
If your consumption exceeds the above-mentioned flat rate, an adjustment will be applied.
The meter will be checked on arrival and departure according to the current energy market prices.
These will be adjusted during the stay according to the evolution of the tariffs applied by the energy suppliers.
Energy costs are currently very high in Belgium.
Depending on the length of your stay, the amount of the security deposit varies and is calculated as follows:
For a stay of less than 1 week, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 25% of the rent.
For a stay of 10 days or more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 40% of the rent.
For a stay of 1 month or more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 70% of the rent.
For a stay of 6 months and more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 1 month of the rent.
For a stay of 1 year and more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 2 months of rent.
Concerning the cleaning:
For rentals of more than 6 months, in addition to the cleaning at the end of the stay, an additional fee of 60€ VAT will be charged.
