Relatively quiet and very well equipped (renovation October 2018), it has everything to please! The apartment is composed of two bedrooms with washbasin, a shower room, a kitchen / dining room and a living room. There is also a separate toilet. And to top it all off: you can enjoy access to the common laundry room of the building with washing machine and dryer on request only (extra charge).
The apartment's Wi-Fi connection is sufficient to check your emails or
surf the internet, but it is not efficient enough for teleworking
(videoconferencing, streaming, etc.).
The apartment is on the 3rd floor, no elevator.
In addition to its comfort, the situation of Blink 7 is perfect because you are in the city center. The Rue des Clarisses is full of good restaurants that we advise you to try (we had less than 4 hits in the street: Chez Gusto, Such Mother Such Girl, Sushi Time and the Last Ragot).
Know that in Liège, everything is close to everything and can be done on foot: in 5 minutes, you will be Cathedral Square which is in the center of the shopping streets, the best restaurants of the city and cinemas. It is also halfway between the Royal Opera and the Liège Theater. A gym is also available in the area.
Do you mostly walk? The city is small enough to walk around and have access to all points of interest.
- By train ? The 3 main stations of Liège are Carré, Saint Lambert and Guillemins (the main one is Guillemins).
- By bus ? The public transport network is quite good and serves the center and its periphery well.
- And if you have a vehicle, it is possible to park your car in the street or the neighboring streets, or in the nearby car parks (Saint Paul, Cathedral, Charles Magnette).

Depending on the length of your stay, the amount of the security deposit varies and is calculated as follows:
For a stay of less than 1 week, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 25% of the rent.
For a stay of 10 days or more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 40% of the rent.
For a stay of 1 month or more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 70% of the rent.
For a stay of 6 months and more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 1 month of the rent.
For a stay of 1 year and more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 2 months of rent.
Concerning the cleaning:
For rentals of more than 6 months, in addition to the cleaning at the end of the stay, an additional fee of 60€ VAT will be charged.
