This 1-bedroom apartment is the ideal place for short stay or even longer as it has all the comfort you have home.
Relatively quiet and very well equipped (recently renovated in November 2017), you’ll love it! The kitchen is well-equipped and open on to the living room, the bathroom is next to the bedroom and there is an independent toilet. A shared laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble-dryer is also available, only on demand (with extra fees).
The accommodation has a good wifi connection.

The Rue des Clarisses is famous for its good restaurants and four of them are my favorite: Chez Gusto, Telle Mère Telle Fille, Sushi Time et le Dernier Ragot.
In Liège, everything is near everything and you will enjoy walking around. You will find the greatest bars and shops of the city. No boredom guaranteed! A little walk of 5 minutes will take you to the Theater, the Opera and its surrounding movie theaters. A fitness gym is also available in the quarter.
How to access the accommodation:
- Do you enjoy walking? The city is little enough for you to walk and have access to everything it offers.
- By train? Liege Jonfosse, Palais and Guillemins are the three city’s main train stations. The principal one being Liege Guillemins (20 minutes by walk away).
- By bus? A good public transport network will stop you at all the city’s hot spots and its surroundings.
- By car? Parking space available in the streets, the neighboring streets or parking lots (Saint-Paul, Cathedrale, Charles Magnette)

Depending on the length of your stay, the amount of the security deposit varies and is calculated as follows:
For a stay of less than 1 week, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 25% of the rent.
For a stay of 10 days or more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 40% of the rent.
For a stay of 1 month or more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 70% of the rent.
For a stay of 6 months and more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 1 month of the rent.
For a stay of 1 year and more, the amount of the deposit corresponds to 2 months of rent.
Concerning the cleaning:
For rentals of more than 6 months, in addition to the cleaning at the end of the stay, an additional fee of 60€ VAT will be charged.
