Many steps are necessary before putting your apartment online :
1. You offer us your accommodation completing an online form
We rigorously select all the accommodations that we offer to our clientele. This is why we ask you to send us information and pictures of all the rooms of your property. 2. We contact you to answer your questions
After studying your file and the pictures of your property and if it corresponds to our selection criteria, we will contact you to answer your questions and to understand what it the ideal solution you are looking for. If we are able to give you what you wish, we will meet you in your apartment. If necessary, we will offer you our internal design service, decoration or Relooking.
3. You entrust your property to us
We then start the on-line publishing process. You send us an email with all the useful information about your property. If you do it quickly, your accommodation can be offered to our tenants one week after only.
4. We take pictures of your accommodation
We make an appointment in your apartment to review the last points, read the contracts, answer your questions and take pictures of your accommodation. We take professional pictures with HDR technology. It is then essential to make your accommodation look presentable, clean, with a dressed table, aperitif glasses, a bottle of wine, a basket of fruit, and bedrooms like in hotel rooms to have the most beautiful pictures ever.
5. We start renting your accommodation
Your apartment can now be visited by our clients and booked online. We made sure your apartment was presentable and attractive for our future tenants. Once it is booked, you will receive an automatic email that will inform you on the dates of renting, the name of the tenant, information on his arrival if you take care of the welcoming of the tenants.
6. We hand you over once a month the rentings of the previous month
Our tenants have the possibility to pay their renting by credit card, by bank transfer or in cash at the arrival. If we receive the pay of the renting, we will hand it over to you at the beginning of the following month.
7. You can occupy your accommodation when you need to
When you want to stay in your property, you just have to block the dates of your stay on the calendar in your owner space in our website. After occupying your accommodation, you can order a cleaning service. You don’t have to worry about nothing!.
