Cozy apartment of 60m² with 11m² of terrace, you will enjoy the nice Louise neighborhood and it’s way of life. Indeed, you all know of “L’Avenue Louise” with its luxurious shops or also “Le Bois de la Cambre”, just 150m close to the apartment. Enjoy also the location with the tramway really near and all the public transports that allows to reach the center of Brussels really easily. This apartment of 1 bedroom welcomes you if you are 4 as maximum! It is composed of a living/dining room space, very luminous because it is directly open on the terrace. This layout creates a TV space very pleasant, with its big sofa(-bed) and a flatscreen. The kitchen provides, as usual, all the necessary equipment as boiler, coffee machine, microwave… Finally, the bedroom with its linked bedroom is composed of 2 single beds linked by the same structure.
