Ideas for Sunday brunch

You went out all night on Saturday ? You have no idea for what to do on Sunday which has started with a lie-in? You can’t find any activity to gather all of your friends ? Stop thinking, Ze Agency gives you the key for the best brunches to have a relax and friendly moment!

Where brunch comes from?

Mixed between the classical « breakfast » everyone loves and the necessary « lunch », the « brunch » has been invented by our Anglo-Saxon friends. It means a meal you can take from 11am to 4pm which combines drinks, beverages and food usually eaten for the breakfast with lunch food. This salty-sweet mix is different from a restaurant to another: patries, toasts, burgers, coleslaw and even sometime sausages, scrambled eggs, bacon, brunch is copious. The unlimited brunch buffet is common and suitable for gourmands or choosey persons. Actually it can include almost any other type of food served throughout the day. The meals are not always gourmet, that’s why we has selected for you the good addresses.

Our suggestions for a nice brunch

Family and friendly or jazzy and cozy, you can choose the style and atmopshere you prefer. We choose L’Orangerie du Parc d’Egmont in Brussels for a calm and trendy brunch on outdoor. If you rather like studious week end, come to see the original concept of Cook & Book which is a library and restaurant and especially proposes unlimited buffet! If you are an artist, you could appreciate the MIM. Located at 6th level of New Art buiding, you could see the roofs of Brussels and enjoy the unlimited buffet and a champagne cup. For the Friday’s merrymakers, the Delecta proposes a brunch on Saturday. In Liege, there are a few to propose a brunch. The Pain Quotidien is currently the only café to make it every Sunday. It took more than a century to bring the brunch concept from England, so don’t waste a minute to taste it!

The team growing enables us to move in new offices. We have the pleasure to tell you that now we have bigger offices than before, closer of historic center and near from Saint Paul Cathedrale.

“We do not use the whole office’s area, we have a few tens of square meters which are useless, but I expect it to be full very soon, I can tell you that thanks the emerging trend on the horizon” Ze Agency Funder told, Jennifer Troisfontaine.

This move did not disturb you?

“I can say we are always in sort of trend of evolution and improvement, and the staff thought moving is necessary, they needed to have they own space, bigger offices.”

How is the communication between you and ZE TEAM since the move?

“We are in an open-space (except me), I believe that a few word between a call, an e-mail or a booking is necessary for us.

I often go outside the office for rendezvous or meetings, but I am reachable by Ze Team. Even if I am in my office, they can always come, meet me, talk to me by e-mail, face to face or by chat online, and eventually when we lunch together.

We will see some pictures of us of our lunch or evening, you know after work, we have a life! I can tell for all of us, we are lucky to be in this team, we appreciate each other.”
