Comfortable, fully equipped with two bedrooms, this apartment will meet the demands of two business partners or families.

The apartment
The apartment is divided in two; On one side, there is a bathroom (with a shower), a cloakroom and a toilet. On the other side, you will find the living room and two bedrooms. The living room is spacious and made of a gourmet kitchen with island, a dining room for 4 persons and a living area with TV.

Entrance
The accommodation is located in the third floor. The elevator stops at the 2nd floor and then, you have to take the stairs to reach the apartment.

The neighborhood
The Saint-Remy Street is a lovely pedestrian street in the center of the city with beautiful frontages and good restaurants: El Mosquito, le Bar à Goûts, la Tache de Vin, Il Quadrifoglio. Near to the studio, you will find everything you need: restaurants, bars, stores, banks, movie theaters and a fitness gym. Liege is a small city; you only need to walk to access every facility. This is one of the reasons why I love my city!

Travel facilities
How to access the accommodation:

  • By train? Liege Jonfosse, Palais and Guillemins are the three city’s main train stations. The principal one is Liege Guillemins (20 minutes’ walk).
  • By bus? A good public transport network will stop you at all the city’s hot spots and its surroundings.
  • By car? A local resident card is required to park in Saint-Remy Street. However, it is possible to park in the neighboring streets or parking lots (Saint-Paul, Cathedrale, Charles Magnette)

Nous étions 3 personnes séjournant à Liège pour 10 jours.
L'appartement de la rue St-Rémy était tout à fait conforme à la description du site internet. Un appartement coquet avec beaucoup de lumière, très bien situé au coeur de Liège.
La rue de l'appartement est très tranquille et les nuits sont calmes.
Pourtant, vous sortez, vous faites quelques pas et vous êtes au coeur de l'activité piétonne. Tout peut se faire à pied.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les gens de l'agence. Notre séjour à cet appartement a été des plus agréables, beaucoup mieux qu'à l'hôtel, nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison. Vraiment rien à redire, que des félicitations !

 Il manque un fauteuil 2 places, car il n´y a que deux sieges 1personne alors que l´appart est pour 4.
