Staying in the Clarisses 5, a cosy apartment, you will enjoy all the pleasures of being a pure “Liegeois”!

The apartment
Relatively quiet and well-equipped (renovated in 2013), the apartment is made of one spacious and bright living room open to a kitchen. The double bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet, is accessible by several steps. Let’s not forget the patio, ideal for sunny days!

Located in the first floor, you can take either the stairs or the elevator to access the apartment

The neighborhood
The Clarisses 5 is not only a cosy and popular apartment but it is perfectly located. You live in the heart of the city. The Clarisses Street is full of excellent restaurants that you must taste! 5 minutes away, you can walk to the Cathedral Place, shop in the various stores present, taste one of the best restaurants of the city and even go to the movie theaters. Halfway, you have the Royal Opera and the Liege Theater, must-sees! A fitness gym is also available in the quarter.

How to access the accommodation:

  • Do you enjoy walking? The city is little enough for you to walk and have access to everything it offers.
  • By train? Liege Jonfosse, Palais and Guillemins are the three city’s main train stations (the principal one being Liege Guillemins)
  • By bus? A good public transport network will stop you at all the city’s hot spots and its surroundings 
  • By car? Parking space available in the streets, the neighboring streets or parking lots (Saint-Paul, Cathedrale, Charles Magnette)

 “Qualité de l'appartement, très bien situé, personnel sympathique.” 

Forfait ménage trop élevé par rapport à la durée du séjour.

Appartement, spacieux en regard de sa capacité d'accueil, décor moderne et cossu élaboré avec beaucoup de goût, très calme car en arrière cour.

Globalement très satisfait de la prestation proposée et de l'équipe gestionnaire du bien.

Amélioration que je souhaiterai, pouvoir disposer d'une place de parking dans le parking le plus proche, avoir une table et un fer à repasser.
