If your accommodation is already arranged, furnished and decorated, here is a list (not exhaustive) of essential equipment we advise you to have (above all if we are taking care of the welcoming of your tenants):

Household linen:

The quantity of household linen to supply is function of the reception capacity of your apartment:

  • 4 sets of bed linen (mattress cover + duvet cover + pillowcase) for each bed
  • 4 large bath towels + 4 small bath towels + 4 washing gloves per person staying in the apartment
  • 2 mattress protectors per bed + 2 pillow protectors per pillow
  • 4 dishes dryer towels + 4 hand dryer towel
  • 2 oven gloves
  • Clean sponges and dishtowels
  • Quilts (according to the maximum number of tenants)
  • Pillows (according to the maximum number of tenants)
